About this site
This website is operated by Lull Kids LLC ("Lull Kids", "we"). It provides product information, routes retail purchases to our official Amazon listings, and accepts wholesale, custom/OEM, quote, and sample inquiries by email.
Retail orders
Retail purchases are completed on Amazon.com and are subject to Amazon's terms, pricing, availability, and return policies. Prices shown on this site are current suggested retail prices and may differ from live Amazon pricing.
Wholesale & custom orders
- Wholesale tiers, discounts, and custom quotes are offers to negotiate, not binding offers to sell. All B2B orders are confirmed by written invoice or accepted purchase order.
- Net-30 payment terms are available to approved institutional buyers paying by ACH or check. Credit card orders are charged at the time of order.
- Published wholesale pricing is subject to change; a quote or invoice we issue is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Custom/OEM orders require a 500-unit minimum per colorway and written spec approval before production.
- Tax-exempt invoicing requires a valid exemption certificate before invoicing.
Product use & safety
Lull Kids products are sensory chewing tools, tested to ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA requirements (test report available on request or via download on our site). They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or therapy. Adult supervision is required. Inspect products regularly and discontinue use if damaged. Follow the age grading on each product's packaging.
Intellectual property
The Lull Kids name, logo, product designs, and site content are the property of Lull Kids LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lull Kids LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Product liability for purchased goods is governed by the terms of the applicable sale.
